Job Requirements
- associates must be at least 16 years of age
- complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
- ability to perform physical demands of standing, walking, using hands, reaching, talking, hearing, smelling
- willingness to participate in training programs
- reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
- ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- ability to work in environments with wet, humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, extreme cold
- ability to tolerate moderate noise levels
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers

Job Duties
- take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts into the store
- perform essential duties satisfactorily while adhering to company policies
- participate in required training to increase customer satisfaction and sales
