Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years
ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
capability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
completion of company training including orientation, customer service, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
ability to understand and apply commonsense reasoning to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
basic vision abilities including close vision and depth perception
ability to work in environments exposing to wet/humid conditions, mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme cold
willingness to follow safety protocols

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
willingness to participate in required training
