Job Requirements
- associates must be at least 16 years of age
- complete company's training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
- ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and smell
- occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch
- must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and reach from 6 to 72 inches
- specific vision abilities include close vision and depth perception
- ability to work in environments occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and extreme cold
- noise level is usually moderate
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in english
- ability to write simple correspondence in english
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
Job Duties
- take excellent care of our customers by satisfying each customer's needs

- follow correct bagging procedures
- provide carryout and parcel pickup service
- load merchandise into customer vehicles
- return shopping carts into the store
