Job Requirements

Associates must be at least 16 years of age
ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and smell regularly
ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out basic oral or written instructions
completion of company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge

Job Qualifications

ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other associates
ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Take excellent care of customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding expectations
follow correct bagging procedures
provide carryout and parcel pickup service
load merchandise into customer vehicles
return shopping carts into the store
participate in and successfully complete required training
work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales
