Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to stand, walk, use hands and arms, talk, hear, and smell regularly
Occasional ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch
Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
Ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
Completion of company training programs
Ability to work in various environmental conditions including wet, humid, cold, or noisy areas

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
Ability to write simple correspondence in English
Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
Basic math skills including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers
Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions
Willingness to participate in and complete required training

Job Duties

Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
Follow correct bagging procedures
Provide carryout and parcel pickup services
Load merchandise into customer vehicles
Return shopping carts into the store
Complete required company training
Adhere to safety and service protocols
