Job Requirements

associates must be at least 16 years of age
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to present information effectively in English
ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
completed company training
ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and smell regularly
ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
specific vision abilities including close vision and depth perception
willingness to work in environments exposed to wet, humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and extreme cold
willingness to work part-time

Job Qualifications

ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations in English
ability to add and subtract two digit numbers

completed company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge

Job Duties

take excellent care of our customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations
follow correct bagging procedures
provide carryout and parcel pickup service
load merchandise into customer vehicles
return shopping carts into the store
