Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands regularly
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- ability to work in occasionally wet or humid conditions and around mechanical parts
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- willingness to complete required training
- previous customer service experience preferred but not required

- basic math skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English

Job Duties
- satisfy each customer's needs by providing excellent customer service
- follow correct bagging procedures and ensure merchandise is handled with care
- provide carryout and parcel pickup services to assist customers
- load merchandise into customer vehicles safely and efficiently
- collect and return shopping carts to designated store areas
- complete required training including safety and product knowledge
- work collaboratively with team members to increase customer satisfaction and sales
