Job Requirements

associates must be at least 16 years of age
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly
ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
ability to communicate in English
ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching occasionally
willingness to complete all required company training

willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
ability to add and subtract two digit numbers

completion of company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge

Job Duties

take excellent care of our customers by satisfying each customer's needs

follow correct bagging procedures
provide carryout and parcel pickup service
load merchandise into customer vehicles
return shopping carts into the store
