Job Requirements

must be at least 16 years of age
ability to stand and walk regularly
capability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
must complete company training including orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
good vision including close vision and depth perception
physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch occasionally
ability to work in occasionally wet and/or humid conditions
exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to present information effectively to customers and team members
basic mathematical skills including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers
ability to apply commonsense understanding to execute written or oral instructions
willingness to participate in training programs

Job Duties

take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs
follow correct bagging procedures
provide carryout and parcel pickup service
load merchandise into customer vehicles
return shopping carts into the store
participate in and complete required training
communicate effectively with customers and team members
