Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to work part-time for 20 to 30 hours per week
Willingness to work 4-hour shifts
Strong customer service orientation
Basic cash handling and retail math skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to commute or relocate to Charlotte, NC 28206 before starting work

Job Duties

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their inquiries
Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively
Prepare drink and dessert orders
Uphold store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout and seating area
Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries
Additional tasks may be required including dessert prep work
