Job Requirements
- must be 16 years or older (18+ in California)
- availability for 4-hour and 8-hour shifts
- willing to work weekdays and weekends
- dependable and punctual
- attention to detail
- initiative and ability to work collaboratively
- excellent guest service orientation
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- positive attitude and team player
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with exceptional hospitality
- take and process orders accurately
- prepare frozen custard treats and other menu items
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- handle cash and payment transactions
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- assist in restocking and inventory as needed
