Job Duties
- Establish a hospitable setting by warmly welcoming guests in person and over the phone
- Use the POS system proficiently to accurately and swiftly take customer orders
- Remain well-informed about the menu options, different sauces available, current promotions, and be ready to offer personalized recommendations
- Handle various payment methods diligently, including cash, credit cards, and gift cards
- Scrutinize and validate the precision and layout of orders to certify they are accurate and well-presented when given to customers
- Ensure that orders are ready for dispatch and delivered as per the agreed-upon schedule
- Close out the cash register at the end of your shift and communicate the total figures
- Sustain a tidy and orderly environment in the front-of-house and customer spaces
- Adhere to guidelines for food safety and sanitation to ensure a secure and clean working environment
- Deal with guest questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner, involving management as appropriate
