Job Duties

Establish a hospitable setting by warmly welcoming guests in person and over the phone
Use the POS system proficiently to accurately and swiftly take customer orders
Remain well-informed about the menu options, different sauces available, current promotions, and be ready to offer personalized recommendations
Handle various payment methods diligently, including cash, credit cards, and gift cards
Scrutinize and validate the precision and layout of orders to certify they are accurate and well-presented when given to customers
Ensure that orders are ready for dispatch and delivered as per the agreed-upon schedule
Close out the cash register at the end of your shift and communicate the total figures
Sustain a tidy and orderly environment in the front-of-house and customer spaces
Adhere to guidelines for food safety and sanitation to ensure a secure and clean working environment
Deal with guest questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner, involving management as appropriate
