Job Description
This part-time position involves providing exceptional customer service by meeting customer needs, exceeding expectations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities include bagging items correctly, providing carryout and parcel pickup services, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age of 16 years
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- basic math skills
- strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- completion of company training programs including customer service, safety, and product knowledge
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks
