Competency in basic math, effective reading and writing skills, and the capability to present information clearly one-on-one or in small groups are essential. SCHEELS prioritizes a supportive culture where associates treat coworkers, customers, and business partners with respect and appreciation, showing genuine interest in their needs and a team-first mentality.

Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, lift (up to 50 pounds occasionally), talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodations. The company is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals and fostering diversity and inclusion across all its hiring practices.
