Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work flexible part-time hours
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Completion of company-required training including food safety and customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months of related experience or training preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety regulations
- Basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction with money and weight
- Willingness to participate in company training programs
Job Duties
- Take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations
- Prepare, process, package, and stock fresh food products according to company standards
- Provide courteous and friendly customer service on the sales floor and at the sales counter
- Bake, decorate, and create bakery items and party trays according to customer specifications
- Operate equipment to prepare and portion products safely and properly
- Maintain store cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations
- Unload, check, and stock deliveries and manage backstock
- Communicate effectively in English with customers and associates
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Support team members to complete daily tasks and ensure smooth department operations
