Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- Ability to perform basic math including addition and subtraction
- Completion of required company training including food safety and customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly
- Must adhere to company grooming and dress standards
- Ability to follow safety protocols and report hazards
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months related experience or training preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Basic mathematical proficiency with money and measurements
- Completion of company training programs including food sanitation and customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to operate food preparation and packaging equipment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- Provide courteous, friendly, and helpful customer service
- Clean work areas and maintain sanitation standards
- Unload stock and reload salvage products following company guidelines
- Decorate bakery items and prepare party trays per customer specifications
- Operate necessary equipment to prepare and portion products accurately
- Communicate effectively in English with customers and associates
- Follow food safety policies and maintain refrigeration standards
- Keep shelves stocked, merchandised, and process close-dated or damaged products
- Handle phone inquiries professionally and assist customers with locating products
- Assist fellow associates with tasks such as inventory, restocking, and deliveries
- Adhere to safety regulations and report hazards promptly
- Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a positive work attitude throughout the shift
