Job Duties

  • Take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards
  • Provide courteous, friendly, and helpful customer service
  • Clean work areas and maintain sanitation standards
  • Unload stock and reload salvage products following company guidelines
  • Decorate bakery items and prepare party trays per customer specifications
  • Operate necessary equipment to prepare and portion products accurately
  • Communicate effectively in English with customers and associates
  • Follow food safety policies and maintain refrigeration standards
  • Keep shelves stocked, merchandised, and process close-dated or damaged products
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally and assist customers with locating products
  • Assist fellow associates with tasks such as inventory, restocking, and deliveries
