Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to complete company training including orientation, food safety, and customer service
Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in varying temperature environments including exposure to hot and cold conditions
Availability for part-time work schedule
Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
Basic English communication proficiency

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
One to three months related experience and/or training preferred
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions in English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic math skills to perform addition and subtraction with money and weights
Ability to present information clearly and courteously
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities

Job Duties

Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations
Prepare, process, package, and stock fresh food products according to standards
Provide exceptional customer service including answering questions and assisting with product location
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and comply with sanitation standards
Unload and reload products, ensuring proper rotation and freshness
Bake, decorate, and prepare bakery and meat products following recipes and specifications
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to support sales and service activities
