Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent
Minimum of one year experience in hotel or restaurant serving role
Ability to communicate effectively verbally
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
Must abide by all applicable liquor laws and regulations
Must be a team player
Ability to multi-task

Job Qualifications

Minimum of high school education, post-high school education preferred
Minimum of one year in hotel or restaurant serving role
Ability to communicate effectively verbally

Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
Basic mathematical skills as needed to make change and give refunds
Ability to operate available equipment such as cash registers and calculators
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Job Duties

Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
Cook and prepare food and/or coffee for guests
Monitor food distribution ensuring meals are delivered correctly and food is properly prepared and presented
Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure
Total checks, present to guests and accept payment
Assist with bussing tables
Perform various other duties as assigned
