Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in hotel or restaurant serving role
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Must abide by all applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to multi-task

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school education, post-high school education preferred
  • Minimum of one year in hotel or restaurant serving role
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally

  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
  • Basic mathematical skills as needed to make change and give refunds
  • Ability to operate available equipment such as cash registers and calculators
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Job Duties

  • Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
  • Cook and prepare food and/or coffee for guests
  • Monitor food distribution ensuring meals are delivered correctly and food is properly prepared and presented
  • Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
  • Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
  • Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure
  • Total checks, present to guests and accept payment
  • Assist with bussing tables
  • Perform various other duties as assigned
