Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- two years of food service experience in a casual dining environment or related experience is required
- must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- a background check and drug screen will be required prior to hire
- ability to maintain work area cleanliness and follow food safety protocols

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- prepare foods such as sandwiches, pizzas and salads, if applicable
- prepare grab and go items such as sandwiches, salads various snack items, if applicable
- operate POS system to process orders and charge accounts, if applicable
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- wash and sanitize dishes using dishwasher and by hand-washing dishes
- sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
- ensure compliance of food safety and handling policies
- maintain inventories by ensuring supplies are replenished
- assist with ordering inventory by monitoring supplies and equipment
- notify Executive Chef of expected shortages
- performs other duties as assigned or requested
