Job Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required
two years of food service experience in a casual dining environment or related experience is required
must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
a background check and drug screen will be required prior to hire
ability to maintain work area cleanliness and follow food safety protocols

ability to operate POS systems, if applicable
strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
prepare foods such as sandwiches, pizzas and salads, if applicable
prepare grab and go items such as sandwiches, salads various snack items, if applicable
operate POS system to process orders and charge accounts, if applicable
maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
wash and sanitize dishes using dishwasher and by hand-washing dishes
sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
ensure compliance of food safety and handling policies
maintain inventories by ensuring supplies are replenished
assist with ordering inventory by monitoring supplies and equipment
notify Executive Chef of expected shortages
performs other duties as assigned or requested
