Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • two years of food service experience in a casual dining environment or related experience is required
  • must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • a background check and drug screen will be required prior to hire
  • ability to maintain work area cleanliness and follow food safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • ability to operate POS systems, if applicable
  • strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • prepare foods such as sandwiches, pizzas and salads, if applicable
  • prepare grab and go items such as sandwiches, salads various snack items, if applicable
  • operate POS system to process orders and charge accounts, if applicable
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
  • wash and sanitize dishes using dishwasher and by hand-washing dishes
  • sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment
  • ensure compliance of food safety and handling policies
  • maintain inventories by ensuring supplies are replenished
  • assist with ordering inventory by monitoring supplies and equipment
  • notify Executive Chef of expected shortages
  • performs other duties as assigned or requested
