Job Duties
- Provide a positive first and last impression to guests
- assist guests with luggage and packages upon arrival and departure
- arrange transportation for guests when necessary
- maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
- follow the "Five Hospitality Standards" including eye contact, smile, speak first, polite conversation, and use of guest's surname
- support overall team success by contributing to a welcoming environment
- adapt duties as needed according to management directives
