Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Understanding of hygiene and beer serving safety rules
- Must be a team player with friendly demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, bend or lift for extended periods of time
- Must be able to enforce safety regulations
- Must be flexible, able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Must be detail orientated and organized
- Must complete Cicerone Level 1 course within 60 days of start date
- Must be passionate about beer and the craft beer industry

Job Duties
- Greet customers and maintain a positive attitude
- Provide all customers with unforgettable tasting experience
- Clean, organize and restock tasting room and beer cooler
- Promote and represent Lake Arrowhead Brewing Co in a positive manner
- Stay up to date on all product offerings
- Remove and clean dirty dishes and utensils from tables
- Answer guests questions about beer tasting notes, ingredients and other menu items
- Provide special event support when needed
- Attend all mandatory staff meetings unless absence has been excused by supervisor
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by company
