high school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of bartending experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred
unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications

Job Duties

In this role, you’ll create unforgettable experiences for our guests, from crafting the perfect cocktail to delivering warm and attentive table service
As a Bartender/Server, you’ll wear two hats: crafting exceptional drinks and providing outstanding dining service
Your mission is to ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and valued, whether they’re at the bar or seated in our dining areas
Greet and engage with guests, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive
Craft and serve beverages according to established recipes and portion controls
Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service
Deliver meals and drinks to tables, checking in to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the bar and dining areas
Monitor and manage inventory to control costs and ensure smooth operations
Comply with all safety and alcohol regulations, including checking IDs and serving responsibly
Accurately handle transactions, ring orders into the P.O.S. system, and provide receipts
Work collaboratively with team members to complete opening and closing duties
Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings to make recommendations and upsell
Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth Food & Beverage operations
