The Bartender role at Solette Seattle is ideal for an experienced, guest-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. This position will involve crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages, including creative cocktails, wines, champagnes, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring every guest’s experience is memorable from arrival to close. The Bartender will need to manage point-of-sale transactions accurately, promote upselling with confidence, and maintain a clean, organized bar while adhering to responsible alcohol service and safety standards. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
