Onni is known for its dedication to quality construction, innovation, sustainability, and exceptional customer satisfaction, with offices spanning Vancouver, Toronto, Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix, and Chicago. Solette Seattle will continue this legacy by creating a rooftop oasis that combines a compelling blend of creative cocktails, live music, and innovative cuisine targeted at a community of tastemakers and city dwellers.
This venue aims to bring elevated experiences to Seattle's dynamic urban landscape, offering a vibrant, city-facing environment where guests can enjoy exceptional service delivered by a dedicated and collaborative team. The Bartender role at Solette Seattle is ideal for an experienced, guest-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. This position will involve crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages, including creative cocktails, wines, champagnes, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring every guest’s experience is memorable from arrival to close. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Solette Seattle values employees who have a strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and beers, along with valid food safety and alcohol service certifications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills combined with a hospitality-first mindset, ready to contribute to an energetic, collaborative team culture. In return, Solette offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.30 plus tips, along with generous benefits such as paid time off, a 401(k) employer match, a referral program, transportation incentives, and educational allowances.
