Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED desired
- previous related experience in food and beverage service or bartending preferred
- comfort with computerized environments
- ability to read, write, and perform basic math

- ability to follow directions accurately
Job Duties
- Complete and stay current on all mandated training and certifications
- follow hotel procedures for documenting alcohol-related incidents
- ensure sanitary conditions of bar, stations, utensils, equipment, and perishable foods
- set up bar and reception station according to brand standards
- demonstrate hospitality and professionalism
- handle cash and payment receipts accurately
- know beverage menus, portions, recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- order, pick up, and serve food as ordered
- be attentive and responsive to guests
- store equipment, food, and beverages properly
- maintain uniform and appearance
- work flexible shifts
- report safety concerns
- complete pre- and post-shift tasks
