Job Requirements
- 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with the desire to continually learn more
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs, and stooping

Job Duties
- Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties
- Provide consistent, genuine, and generous service to all guests, creating personal connections whenever possible
- Prepare all cocktails according to the Hogsalt Beverage Index
- pour wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to Hogsalt standards
- Guide guests through the menu and overall dining experience, providing thoughtful recommendations of food and beverage items
- Properly course all food items and ensure satisfaction of each item/course
- Work with other bartenders, FOH staff, and leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Address any guest needs or concerns as soon as possible
- communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership
- Observe all safety procedures, including following Hogsalt protocol for food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Ensure proper payment is collected for each guest
- Complete all closing duties including a financial checkout, closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership
- Ensure all Hogsalt Steps Of Service not listed above are properly executed
