Job Requirements

  • 100 percent positive attitude on busy and slow nights
  • Work clean

  • Quick moving, efficient team player
  • Willingness to work weekends and late nights
  • Willing to help with scheduling conflicts and fill in shifts
  • Intent to stay for at least one year
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • RAMP certified
  • Willingness to train and continue learning
  • Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a bartender or server
  • Knowledge of food, wine, craft beer, and cocktails
  • Advanced understanding of steps of service
  • Ability to connect with customers in an informal, yet detailed service style
  • RAMP certification
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and outgoing personality

Job Duties

  • Serve customers by taking orders and delivering food and drinks
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages following recipes and company policies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
  • Provide detailed yet unobtrusive service with a focus on customer connection
  • Cross-train to perform both server and bartender roles effectively
  • Assist with opening and closing duties including restocking and cleaning
  • Communicate with kitchen and management to ensure guest satisfaction
