Job Requirements

100 percent positive attitude on busy and slow nights
Work clean

Quick moving, efficient team player
Willingness to work weekends and late nights
Willing to help with scheduling conflicts and fill in shifts
Intent to stay for at least one year
Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
RAMP certified
Willingness to train and continue learning
Ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a bartender or server
Knowledge of food, wine, craft beer, and cocktails
Advanced understanding of steps of service
Ability to connect with customers in an informal, yet detailed service style
RAMP certification
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive and outgoing personality

Job Duties

Serve customers by taking orders and delivering food and drinks
Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages following recipes and company policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
Provide detailed yet unobtrusive service with a focus on customer connection
Cross-train to perform both server and bartender roles effectively
Assist with opening and closing duties including restocking and cleaning
Communicate with kitchen and management to ensure guest satisfaction
