Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older
- one year of bartending experience required, two or more years preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per company requirements
- ability to take written and verbal direction in English
- ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines
- ability to operate machines and equipment including cash registers, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
- excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- ability to open and close the bar and maintain supplies and cleanliness
- ability to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make appropriate change
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies
- maintain the food prep and bar area in a clean and organized manner
- serve and assist guests with their beverage needs
- mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment
- handle money, make change, and utilize office machines during daily activities
- operate machines and equipment such as cash registers, POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
- provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests and team members
