Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, and night
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • must be able to work in person in Charlotte, NC
  • relocation to Charlotte required if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Strong guest services skills with focus on customer satisfaction
  • proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems
  • excellent time management skills
  • knowledge of food handling practices
  • ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
  • serve food and drinks to guests ensuring timely delivery and presentation
  • provide information about menu items including daily specials
  • handle cash register transactions efficiently
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address guest concerns
  • maintain cleanliness of the dining area including bussing tables and resetting them
  • adhere to food handling and safety regulations
  • assist in managing inventory levels of supplies needed for service
