The Bartender role at Highgate Hotels is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest service and upholding the reputation of the Renaissance property. This position involves comprehensive responsibilities including setting up the bar area, mixing beverages in accordance with established hospitality standards, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the service area. Bartenders must be attentive, friendly, and courteous, ensuring every guest is provided with prompt and professional service while managing liquor inventory effectively and adhering strictly to all state liquor laws.
