We are currently seeking an energetic and friendly bartender to join our beverage team. This part-time position offers competitive pay starting at $12.00 per hour, with additional benefits including employee discounts, a flexible schedule, and paid training. As a bartender at W XYZ Bar, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of drinks, including craft cocktails, wine, liquor, and beer, adhering strictly to established recipes to ensure consistency and quality. You will also assist in prepping garnishes, batching craft cocktails, and keeping the bar area organized, clean, and well-stocked.

In this role, you will monitor guest consumption responsibly, following TIPS certification standards, and ensure a safe environment for both patrons and staff. Attention to detail is essential, as you will maintain temperature and waste logs daily, report tips accurately for tax processing, and manage seating arrangements to guarantee all guests receive prompt service.
