- Prior experience working as bartender is required
- Strong knowledge of basic cocktail recipes
- Ability to learn and execute in house craft cocktail recipes
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to obtain an alcohol service permit

Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders including craft cocktails, wine, liquor and beer
- Adhere to craft cocktail recipes to ensure consistent beverage quality
- Prep garnishes and complete craft cocktail batching
- Monitor seating in the lounge/bar area ensuring all guests are served
- Maintain an environment of safe alcohol service by monitoring guest alcohol consumption in accordance with TIPS certification standards
- Maintain bar cleanliness, work areas and tables, glasses, utensils and bar equipment
- Restock bar as needed
- Ensures all temp logs and waste logs are maintained daily
- Ensures tips are reported properly for tax processing
- Other duties as assigned
