Job Description
Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) is a premier hospitality company established in 2017, known for its exceptional food and beverage offerings and expanding footprint in the hospitality industry. Beginning with five Ruth's Chris Steak House restaurants, PHG quickly grew to become the largest franchise group for the globally recognized brand, boasting twelve locations. Beyond Ruth's Chris, the company has diversified its portfolio by launching new food and beverage concepts and entering the hotel hospitality sector. This strategic growth reflects PHG's dedication to delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences across a variety of entertainment and hospitality venues. The company fosters a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, as evidenced by its recognition as one of Indiana's "Great Places to Work" in 2024. This accolade underscores PHG's commitment to employee satisfaction, professional development, and community engagement.\n\nThe part-time Barista position at PHG’s newest concept, Un Deux Trois, provides an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about coffee and customer service. Un Deux Trois is a French-inspired café known for its finest espresso drinks, French pastries, savory baguette sandwiches, and expertly crafted cocktails. As a Barista at this vibrant café, you will play an essential role in delivering a superior customer experience through high-quality beverage preparation and friendly, efficient service. This position requires versatility, as you will prepare both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, beer, wine, and cocktails, all while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and responsible alcohol service policies. Candidates should be ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, a positive attitude, and teamwork are crucial. \n\nWorking at Un Deux Trois offers not only a chance to be part of a highly regarded hospitality group but also avenues for growth and skill development, especially with training provided for those new to barista duties. The role involves more than just beverage preparation; it includes customer interaction, cash handling, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting other operational needs. PHG values employees who bring passion, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. There is no education requirement for this role, but there is an age limit: applicants must be 21 years or older due to alcohol service laws. The position is on-site and part-time, perfect for someone looking to immerse themselves in a dynamic restaurant and café setting. In summary, joining PHG as a part-time Barista at Un Deux Trois means becoming part of a prestigious hospitality group with an award-winning culture, contributing to a popular French café concept, and enjoying a workplace that supports your professional journey while offering competitive perks and an engaging work environment.
