Job Duties
- Adhere to policies, safety standards, and protocols operationally and make suggestions for improving operations
- prepare and serve beverages that adhere to our freshness and quality standards
- maintain your coffee knowledge to educate and communicate with guests
- engage with all guests in a hospitable, sincere and friendly manner
