Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
one to three months related experience or training
IST or AST certification
ability to read and comprehend English instructions
basic math skills including addition and subtraction
ability to lift 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and reaching
ability to work in varying environmental conditions including hot and cold

Job Qualifications

effective interpersonal skills
ability to read and write simple instructions in English
certified in IST or AST
ability to present information clearly in small group or one-on-one settings

Job Duties

Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
process and package items for sale
stock products efficiently
provide excellent customer service
clean and maintain work areas
unload deliveries and manage stock
reload salvage products according to standards
