Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read, write, and comprehend simple English instructions
- willingness to participate and complete required training
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in varying temperature environments
- completion of company-specific training including food sanitation and safety
- IST or AST certification

- one to three months relevant experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend basic English instructions
- effective communication skills
- capability to perform basic mathematical operations
- ability to work well in a team environment
- certification in food safety (IST or AST certified)
Job Duties
- Prepare Starbucks products according to company standards
- process and package products
- stock products efficiently
- provide excellent customer service
- clean work areas regularly
- unload stock and reload salvage products according to Starbucks standards
- participate actively in required training sessions
