Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
- Ability to perform operations using units of American money and weight measurement
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- Completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- IST or AST certification
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell regularly
- Ability to occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to see close vision, color, and depth perception
- Ability to work in a moderate environment
- Frequent exposure to hot, cool, and extreme cold
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals
- Noise levels usually moderate to loud

Job Duties
- Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Starbucks Standards
- Provide customer service
- Clean work areas
- Unload stock
- Reload salvage products according to Starbucks Standards
