Job Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- willingness to complete required training programs
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures and exposure to mechanical parts and chemicals
- satisfactory vision including close vision, color, and depth perception
- availability for a part-time schedule
- ability to apply common sense to follow detailed written or oral instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training preferred
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic mathematical ability to handle American money and weight measurements
- effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions
- certification such as IST or AST
- completion of company training programs including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Preparing products according to Starbucks standards
- processing and packaging products efficiently
- stocking shelves and work areas accurately
- providing excellent customer service
- cleaning and maintaining work areas
- unloading and organizing stock deliveries
- managing and restocking salvage products as per company guidelines
