Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one to three months related experience and/or training
willingness to complete required training
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
ability to reach 6-72 inches
close vision, color, and depth perception
ability to read and comprehend instructions in English
ability to communicate clearly
completion of company-required certifications including IST or AST
ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments
ability to adapt to exposure to varied temperatures and chemical substances

Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
process and package products accurately
stock products efficiently
provide excellent customer service
clean and maintain work areas
unload stock deliveries
reload salvage products following company procedures
