Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one to three months related experience and/or training
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to effectively present information to English-speaking customers
ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
ability to perform operations using American money and weight measurement
ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed oral or written instructions
completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
IST or AST certification
ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, talk, hear, taste or smell
ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments
willingness to work in environments with temperature variations and exposure to fumes and chemicals

Job Duties

Prepare products according to Starbucks standards
package and stock products
provide excellent customer service
clean work areas regularly
unload incoming stock shipments
reload salvage products as per company guidelines
participate in team training and development
