Job Requirements

High school or equivalent education preferred
prior experience in retail, customer service or a food and beverage operation is preferred
Starwood or similar branded full service hotel experience preferred

Job Duties

Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu
prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply and stocking equipment
maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations
improves quality results by studying and redesigning processes
works cooperatively with fellow employees and sets a positive example
provides highest level of guest service
maintains professional attire and personal hygiene
keeps work area clean and orderly
follows all policies and procedures
implements safety and emergency policies
reports unsafe conditions and incidents promptly
informs management of work-related problems or guest complaints
promotes the hotel through goodwill and courtesy
attends all training classes and meetings
continues to learn and grow in position
performs reasonable requests by management
provides a safe work environment by following safety rules
assists persons with disabilities
complies with all applicable laws and ordinances
works varying schedules as required
