- High school or equivalent education preferred
- prior experience in retail, customer service or a food and beverage operation is preferred
- Starwood or similar branded full service hotel experience preferred

Job Duties
- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu
- prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
- maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply and stocking equipment
- maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations
- improves quality results by studying and redesigning processes
- works cooperatively with fellow employees and sets a positive example
- provides highest level of guest service
- maintains professional attire and personal hygiene
- keeps work area clean and orderly
- follows all policies and procedures
- implements safety and emergency policies
- reports unsafe conditions and incidents promptly
- informs management of work-related problems or guest complaints
- promotes the hotel through goodwill and courtesy
- attends all training classes and meetings
- continues to learn and grow in position
- performs reasonable requests by management
- provides a safe work environment by following safety rules
- assists persons with disabilities
- complies with all applicable laws and ordinances
- works varying schedules as required
