  • High school or equivalent education preferred
  • prior experience in retail, customer service or a food and beverage operation is preferred
  • Starwood or similar branded full service hotel experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu
  • prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
  • maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply and stocking equipment
  • maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations
  • improves quality results by studying and redesigning processes
  • works cooperatively with fellow employees and sets a positive example
  • provides highest level of guest service
  • maintains professional attire and personal hygiene
  • keeps work area clean and orderly
  • follows all policies and procedures
  • implements safety and emergency policies
  • reports unsafe conditions and incidents promptly
  • informs management of work-related problems or guest complaints
  • promotes the hotel through goodwill and courtesy
  • attends all training classes and meetings
  • continues to learn and grow in position
  • performs reasonable requests by management
  • provides a safe work environment by following safety rules
