Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
Ability to write simple correspondence in English
Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training
Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Completion of company training including food sanitation, safety, customer service network, food safety, and product knowledge
Must be IST or AST certified
Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Capable of standing, walking, reaching, crouching, climbing occasionally
Comfortable working in varying temperature environments with exposure to noise and airborne particles

Job Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English
Ability to write simple correspondence in English
Ability to effectively present information to customers and team members
Certification in IST or AST
Completion of company-mandated training programs

Job Duties

Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
Process and package products accurately
Stock products and ensure proper inventory management
Provide customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
Clean and maintain work areas to meet health and safety guidelines
Unload stock deliveries and organize storage areas
Reload and manage salvage products as per company policies
