Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training
Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions
Ability to write simple English correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform basic operations with money and weight units
Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but simple instructions
Must complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
Must be IST or AST certified
Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste or smell
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
Comfort working in moderate to extreme temperature environments
Exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and varying noise levels

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One to three months related experience or training
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions
Excellent interpersonal skills
Completion of company required training including food safety and customer service
IST or AST certification
Ability to work in a team environment
Physical stamina for lifting and standing
Basic math skills for handling money and measurements

Job Duties

Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
Process and package products
Stock products and manage inventory
Provide excellent customer service
Clean and maintain work areas
Unload stock deliveries
Reload salvage products following standards
