Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree
One to three months related experience or training
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
Ability to write simple correspondence in English
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight measurements
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
Must complete company training including orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
Must be IST or AST certified
Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, taste or smell
Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities including close vision, color, and depth perception
Ability to work in environments exposed to hot, cool, extreme cold, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals
Ability to perform job duties in moderate to loud noise levels

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions in English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Completion of company training programs including food sanitation and safety
Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
Process and package products ensuring quality and presentation
Stock and replenish products on shelves
Provide excellent customer service to all guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Unload stock and reload salvage products following safety guidelines
Participate in required training and team activities
