Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to read and comprehend English
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Completion of company's required training programs
- Certification in IST or AST
- Ability to work in variable temperature conditions
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Completion of required company training including food sanitation and safety
- Certification such as IST or AST
- Ability to apply common sense in standardized situations
Job Duties
- Prepare products according to Starbucks Standards
- Process and package products ensuring quality
- Stock products in designated areas
- Provide excellent customer service
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Unload stock deliveries
- Reload salvage products according to standards
