SpartanNash is currently looking for a dedicated Coffee Shop Associate to join their location at 3101 N. 11th Street in Bismarck, North Dakota. This role centers around preparing coffee shop beverages and food items according to established standards while providing courteous and efficient customer service at the cash register. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of food and beverage handling, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and managing inventory and product displays to keep the coffee shop running smoothly. Operating the cash register efficiently, handling various forms of payments such as cash, checks, credit cards, and coupons, and communicating store promotions and loyalty programs to customers are crucial aspects of the role. The Coffee Shop Associate will also comply with company policies regarding security, cash handling, and product quality.
The physical nature of the job requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, occasionally lift heavy items up to 50 pounds, and work in a retail environment with varying temperatures.
