Job Requirements
- Food handlers certification required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating orders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in cashiering or food service preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and handling techniques is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take beverage and food orders
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Operate cash register and handle transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling
- Assist in preparing light food items such as sandwiches and pastries
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries with professionalism
