- experience with coffee knowledge preferred

Job Duties
- Immediately acknowledge and greet customers with the highest level of hospitality
- make full range of coffee, tea and seasonal drinks according to recipe
- understand cafe menu to educate customers on menu items and drink options
- participate in up-selling by suggestion menu items and encourage add-ons
- accurately handle cash payments following DT procedures
- adhere to safety regulations and procedures while maintaining a clean environment always
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
