Job Duties
- Stock and replenish liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
- assist bartenders by quickly providing requested items during service
- maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including counters, sinks, floors, and storage areas
- collect, clean, and restock glassware and utensils
- empty trash and recycling bins as needed
- assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of beverages and supplies
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
