Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
- Must comply with uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Six months to one year serving experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile and positive attitude
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
- Clear tables, clean up after events, and ensure the banquet area is tidy
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events
- Work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform guidelines
