Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier weights
- Familiarity with state and corporate safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of bakery products and processes preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills
Job Duties
- Assist with the bakery operation within the retail store environment including preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of all bakery products
- Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customer upon fulfilling customer’s request
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Assist and/or create customer special orders such as cake orders
- Operate bakery department equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils
- Adhere to all corporate and state sanitation regulations in maintaining cleanliness and safety at the work station
