Job Description
The role centers around baking products according to the company’s standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Associates in this position will be responsible for processing, packaging, and stocking Fresh Foods products following the Fresh Foods Standards meticulously. Key duties include maintaining cleanliness in work areas, delivering excellent customer service, unloading stock deliveries efficiently, and reloading salvage items as required. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to perform essential duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to reach, handle, finger, talk, hear, taste, and smell
- ability to work in moderate to extreme temperature environments
- ability to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to successfully complete required training
- ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to read and write simple instructions in English
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight measurement
- exceptional interpersonal skills
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- completion of company training programs including food sanitation, customer service, and safety
